“Cellar-Door” is the most beautiful word in the English language.1

This is a hub for theological, devotional, liturgical, mystical, historical, philosophical, ethical, moral, aesthetic, cultural, literary, poetical, and political conversations.

Footnote, fight the devil, and bury the lede.

No heresy, blasphemy, or sacrilege is permitted.

1. Of course, it’s not technically a word, but a vocable. Whatever. It’s a euphonious vocable. Then again, so is “syphilis”, but we thought “Cellar-Door” would be a better name for a blog.
